By using Arcadify you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Fair play

• Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any other method to manipulate play time, XP or leaderboards.
• Do not post comments that are abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, spam or that infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content, reset progress or suspend accounts that break these rules.

XP and leaderboards

XP, levels, achievements and leaderboard positions are game progress only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services.

Games and content

Games are the property of their respective owners and are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The service is offered "as is"; we cannot guarantee that every game is available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcadify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
